Mehmet and Nui have brought their amazing cooking skills along with love and passion for authentic Thai Cuisine to the heart of North Hampshire.

From a well- earned degree in home economics accomplished within a top Bangkok establishment, Nui has an impressive renowned and distinguished cooking career. She has worked for an array of desirable employers including The Hard Rock Café in Bangkok, not to mention several other 5 Star Hotels in the capital. Nui's Thai Cuisine, some recipes incorporating a surprisingly, unique twist of her own can now be sampled at The Jolly Farmer Public House, situated in the village of Cliddesden. They took over the running of the pub in 2022 and pride themselves on their uniqueness of their food, serving wonderful collaboration of spectacular Thai and British cuisine along with an array of fine wines and beverages, all which have been most positive and a massive hit with the local residents.

Open seven days a week this traditional, quaint, country pub not only recommends to it's customers an amazing lunch and evening menu with its varied array of beverages and a friendly warm welcoming, first class service.

Our Kitchen

All of the food cooked in the kitchen requires a fair amount of preparation but the cooking itself is swift meaning it's out for service quickly.

Nui's love and passion for Thai cuisine shows in her meticulous preparation of sourcing just the right ingredients, mostly sourced from local suppliers where possible and specialist markets to imported ingredients direct from her sources in Thailand.
